Born and raised in Hanover, PA, Justin started tattooing in 2007 at Skin Images. He worked there for about twelve years before coming to Gypsy Skull. Justin likes to do tattoos with bold lines and bright colors. Hobbies include playing music, skateboarding, and old-school video games.
